摘 要:针对石化工业区企业排水限值不统一的问题,对工业区企业排水的BOD5、COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP等指标进行系统的调研分析。通过分析发现经预处理后BOD_(5)、COD浓度值显著降低,而NH_(3)-N、TN、TP处理效果相对较差,导致末端废水处理厂B/C值降低,影响了废水可生化性,增加了后期废水处理的成本和难度。针对该情况,提出了工业区企业常规指标的纳管限值,将有效节省企业水处理成本,并提高废水的集中处理能力。In view of the problem of inconsistent drainage limits of enterprises in petrochemical industrial zone,BOD5,COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP and other indicators of enterprises in industrial zone drainage were systematically investigated and analyzed.Through the analysis,it was found that the BOD_(5),COD density significantly reduced after pretreatment,and NH_(3)-N,TN,TP treatment effect is relatively poor,resulting in the decrease of B/C value in the terminal wastewater treatment plant,affected the wastewater biological sex,increased the wastewater treatment cost and difficulty of the late.In view of this situation,the tolerable and PIPE limits of THE conventional indicators for enterprises in industrial zones are put forward,which will effectively save the cost of water treatment and improve the centralized treatment capacity of wastewater.
