电解法在高浓度重金属电镀废水处理中的应用研究

摘  要:针对高浓度重金属电镀废水处理的问题,采用电解法处理电镀废水中的高浓度重金属离子,考察电流密度、氧化剂浓度和酸碱度对处理效果的影响,结果表明,电镀污水中重金属离子的去除率随电流密度的增加而增大;电流密度为10A/cm^(2)时,重金属离子去除率随外加氧化剂浓度增大不断提高;pH<7时,重金属离子去除率随pH的增大而降低,PH>7时,重金属离子随pH的增大而减小。因此,当电流密度50A/cm^(2)、pH=7时,电解法去除重金属效果较佳,氧化剂与电解法在去除重金属方面存在协同促进作用。该方法具有简便且处理效率高的特点。In response to the problem of treating high concentration heavy metal electroplating wastewater,the electrolysis method was used to treat high concentration heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater.The effects of current density,oxidant concentration,and pH on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that the removal rate of heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater increased with the increase of current density;When the current density is 10 A/cm^(2),the removal rate of heavy metal ions increases continuously with the increase of the concentration of external oxidants;When pH<7,the removal rate of heavy metal ions decreases with the increase of pH,and when pH>7,the removal rate of heavy metal ions decreases with the increase of pH.Therefore,when the current density is 50 A/cm^(2) and pH is 7,the electrolysis method has a better effect on removing heavy metals,and there is a synergistic promotion effect between oxidants and electrolysis methods in removing heavy metals.This method has the characteristics of simplicity and high processing efficiency.
