化工转炉托轮、滚圈铸钢件的争议、选用及磨损修复

摘　　要：化工转炉的托轮、滚圈材料按设计规定推荐选用一般工程用铸造碳钢件ZG310-570或ZG 340-640材质,在不同规格的转炉上应用时出现磨损较快的情况。通过分析指出,按《一般工程用铸造碳钢件》规定的ZG 310-570或ZG 340-640材质化学成分和力学性能,无法确保其作为耐磨件的性能要求,可能形成检验合格而无法满足使用要求的争议。对已使用的磨损严重的一般工程用铸造碳钢件托轮,提出镶ZG 42Cr1Mo锻件外套的修复方案,保证零件的使用性能和寿命。经对比、试验,耐磨损性能明显改善,建议化工转炉托轮设计选用大型低合金钢铸件ZG42Cr1Mo。According to the design specifications,it is recommended to use general engineering cast carbon steel parts ZG 310-570 or ZG 340-640 materials for the supporting wheel and rolling ring materials of chemical converters,which have faster wear when applied to different specifications of the converter.Through analysis,it is pointed out that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of ZG 310-570 or ZG 340-640 materials specified in the"General Engineering Cast Carbon Steel Parts"cannot guarantee their performance requirements as wear-resistant parts,which may lead to disputes over whether they pass inspection but cannot meet usage requirements.A repair plan is proposed for the commonly used cast carbon steel supporting wheels with severe wear,which are embedded with ZG 42Cr1Mo forged outer sleeves,to ensure the performance and service life of the parts.After comparison and testing,the wear resistance performance has significantly improved.It is recommended to use large low alloy steel casting ZG 42Cr1Mo for the design of the support wheel of the chemical converter.
