摘　　要：2023年8月,美国整合肿瘤学会(SIO)联合美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)首次发布了《成人癌症患者焦虑和抑郁症状的整合肿瘤学护理指南》。该指南详细阐述了成人癌症患者焦虑和抑郁症状的综合管理方法。本文围绕指南概述、具体推荐意见、不确定性干预措施等进行详尽解读,并探讨了《指南》对护理研究及临床护理实践的指导意义,旨在帮助护理人员更好地理解和应用指南、促进成人癌症患者焦虑和抑郁症状的规范化管理。In August 2023,the Society for Integrative Oncology(SIO)and the American Society of Clinical Oncology(ASCO)first issued the Integrative Oncology Care of Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression in Adults With Cancer.The guideline elaborates on integrative approaches to managing anxiety and depression symptoms in adults with cancer.This article interprets the guideline around its overview,specific recommendations,uncertainty and interventions and discusses its guiding significance for nursing research and practice,aiming to assist nurses in comprehending and implementing the guideline and standardize the management of anxiety and depression symptoms in adults with cancer.
