摘  要:为探索巨柏苗木对干旱胁迫的响应,本文以1 a生巨柏容器苗为试验材料进行了干旱胁迫试验,研究了不同水分梯度(5水分梯度)对巨柏苗木生长指标和存活状况的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫对巨柏苗高、地径和根系生长均有显著影响。连续干旱导致巨柏苗高、地径、总根长、须根数及地上部分干物质增长量逐渐减少,但随着胁迫强度的增加,高径比下降,根冠比上升,生物量的分配趋势向地下部分转移,均表现出了巨柏苗木抗旱性;胁迫强度与存活状况和存活时间负相关,≥50%的田间持水量可满足1 a生巨柏苗木成活且日均需水量不低于20.24 g,极重干旱胁迫的苗木平均仅能存活35 d。In order to explore the response of Cupressus gigantea seedlings to drought stress,this paper used 1a Cupressus gigantea container seedlings as the experimental material to carry out drought stress experiments,and the effects of different water gradients(5 water gradients)on the growth index and survival status of Cupressus gigantea seedlings were studied.The results showed that drought stress had significant effects on seedling height,ground diameter and root growth.Continuous drought led to a gradual decrease in the height,ground diameter,total root length,number of whisker roots and dry mass growth of the aboveground part of the Cupressus gigantea seedlings,but with the increase of stress intensity,the high diameter ratio decreased,the root~to~body ratio increased,and the distribution trend of biomass shifted to the underground part,all of which showed the drought resistance of Cupressus gigantea seedlings.The stress intensity was negatively correlated with the survival status and survival time,and≥50%of the field water holding capacity could meet the survival of 1a Cupressus gigantea seedlings and the average daily water demand was not less than 20.24g,and the average survival of seedlings under severe drought stress was only 35 days.
