摘 要:三乙胺作为有机缚酸剂,在合成过程中产生大量三乙胺盐酸盐。碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC)合成后产生的废盐存在三乙胺盐酸盐浪费、处理成本高、处理过程危险等问题。文章以碳酸亚乙烯酯废盐为原料,通过盐溶解、碱解、汽提三个工艺实现三乙胺回收、降低水相化学需氧量(COD)。在不同阶段考察不同因素影响,盐溶解阶段:水量、溶解时间;碱解阶段:碱种类、当量比、碱解温度、碱解时间;汽提回收三乙胺降低水相COD阶段:汽提温度。最终确定工艺最佳条件为,盐溶解阶段:m_(淋洗水)∶m_(VC盐)=1.5∶1、溶解时间1 h;碱解阶段:碱种类确定为氢氧化钠、n_(氢氧化钠)∶n_(三乙胺盐酸盐)=1.1∶1、碱解温度40℃、碱解时间1 h;汽提回收三乙胺降低水相COD阶段:汽提温度130℃。通过该工艺得到三乙胺总回收率96.37%(三乙胺回收率95.93%、水相三乙胺回收率0.44%),水相COD由0.17降至4.51×10^(-3)。As an organic acid binding agent,triethylamine hydrochloride is produced in large quantities during the synthesis process.The waste salt produced after the synthesis of vinyl carbonate(VC)has some problems,such as waste of triethylamine hydrochloride,high treatment cost and dangerous treatment process.The waste salt of vinyl carbonate was used as raw material to recover triethylamine and reduce COD in water phase through three process stages of salt dissolu-tion,alkali hydrolysis and stripping.Salt dissolution stage:the amount of water and dissolution time;Alkali hydrolysis stage:alkali type,equivalent ratio,alkali hydrolysis temperature,alkali hydrolysis time;Stripping recovery of triethylamine to reduce water phase COD stage:stripping temperature and other factors,and finally determined the best process conditions are:salt dissolu-tion stage:m_(leaching water)∶m_(VC salt)=1.5∶1,dissolution time 1 h;Alkaline hydrolysis stage:alkali type was determined as the ratio of sodium hydroxide,nsodium hydroxide∶ntriethylamine hydrochloride=1.1∶1,alkaline hydrolysis temperature 40℃,alkaline hydrolysis time 1 h;Stripping recovery of triethylamine to reduce water phase COD stage:stripping temperature 130℃.The total recovery rate of triethyl-amine was 96.37%(triethylamine 95.93%,aqueous triethylamine 0.44%),and the COD of aque-ous phase was reduced from 0.17 to 4.51×10^(-3).
