摘 要:采用超声相控阵检测技术(PA)对聚乙烯管道电熔焊过程中容易出现的孔洞、电阻丝错位、融合面缺陷、冷焊、过焊等缺陷进行检测,能够准确检测出缺陷特征。在不同加热时间比下,对4种规格聚乙烯管材电熔接头特征线信号与电阻丝之间的距离变化进行研究分析。结果表明:随着电熔焊接加热时间比的增加,特征线信号与电阻丝的距离逐渐变大;管径增加、壁厚增大,特征信号出现的加热时间随之增加;相同加热时间比下,特征线信号与电阻丝距离的增长幅度比也随之增大。确定4种规格聚乙烯管电熔焊接接头正常加热时间下距离,在实际检测中可快速判断该焊接接头是否存在冷焊、过焊,评价该电熔接头焊接程度。An ultrasonic phased array detection technology(PA)is used to detect the de-fects such as holes,metal wire dislocation,fusion surface defects,cold welding and overwelding in the process of electric fusion welding of polyethylene pipes,which can accurately detect the de-fect characteristics.The distance between the characteristic line and the resistance wire corre-sponding to the capacitive welded joints of 4 kinds of polyethylene pipes under different heating time ratios is studied and analyzed.The results showed that the heating time of characteristic sig-nals increases with the increase of pipe diameter and wall thickness.Under the same heating time ratio,the increase amplitude ratio of the distance between the characteristic line signal and the re-sistance wire also increases with the increase of pipe diameter and wall thickness.The distance un-der the normal heating time of the polyethylene pipe capacitor welded joint of 4 specifications can be determined quickly to determine whether there is cold welding or overwelding of the welded joint in the actual test,and to evaluate the welding degree of the capacitor joint.
