摘 要:为对纤维缠绕气瓶的检验检测提供技术依据,文章针对车用压缩氢气纤维全缠绕气瓶的机械损伤缺陷,采用数字射线技术进行检测。实验结果显示,缺陷深度对拍摄结果影响显著,深度大于0.5 mm的缺陷在照片中清晰可见,而0.2 mm深度的缺陷则无法显现。同时,垂直于纤维缠绕方向的斜向缺陷清晰度较高。通过侧向拍摄气瓶瓶肩位置,能清晰分辨纤维缠绕层和内胆层,有助于精确定位缺陷。此方法符合GB/T 42626—2023标准,可有效分辨三级和部分二级损伤,为气瓶检验提供技术依据。文章不仅提高了对气瓶内部结构的认识,更为氢能源公交车的安全运营提供了重要技术支撑,具有实际应用价值。To provide a technical basis for the inspection and testing of filament-wound cyl-inders,this article employs digital radiography technology to detect mechanical damage defects in compressed hydrogen fiber fully-wrapped cylinders for vehicles.Experimental results showed that defect depth significantly affects the photography outcomes.Defects deeper than 0.5 mm are clearly visible in the photos,while those at 0.2 mm depth remain undetected.Meanwhile,oblique defects perpendicular to the fiber winding direction exhibit higher clarity.By laterally photographing the shoulder position of the cylinder,the fiber-wrapped layer and the inner tank layer can be clearly distinguished,facilitating precise defect localization.This method complies with the GB/T 42626—2023 standard and can effectively distinguish between Level 3 and some Level 2 dam-ages,providing a technical basis for cylinder inspection.This article not only enhances the under-standing of the internal structure of the cylinder but also provides crucial technical support for the safe operation of hydrogen fuel cell buses,demonstrating practical application value.
