摘　　要：临床实习是医学人才培养的关键环节,对实习的整个环节和影响实习质量的各个要素进行全面、系统管理是院校教学管理工作的重要内容。从全面质量管理的3个核心概念入手,探索建立医学实习教学管理体系。在全面质量管理理论的适用性分析后,构建包含全员参与的管理模式、全过程质量控制的功能架构和多方法、多环节的质量管理手段的医学实习教学管理体系,并根据院校培养实际,对体系内容进行详细阐述,以期实现对临床实习的全员、全过程、全方位、高效率质量管理,全面提升院校医学人才培养质量。Clinical internship is a key link in the cultivation of medical personnel,and comprehensive and systematic management of the whole internship process and various elements that affect internship quality is an important part of teaching management in colleges.Starting from the three core concepts of total quality management to explore the establishment of a medical internship teaching management system.After analyzing the applicability of total quality management theory,a medical internship teaching management system is constructed that includes a management model with all staffs'full participation,a functional architecture for whole process quality control,and a multi method,multi link quality management approach,and based on the actual training situation of the college,the content of the system is elaborated in detail,so as to achieve all staffs,full process,all-round,and high-efficiency quality management of clinical internship and comprehensively improve the quality of medical personnel training in colleges.
