后结构主义视角下旅游资源课程教学模式优化研究

摘  要:课程是人才培养的核心要素,而高质量的旅游资源课程教学是高素质应用型旅游人才培养的重要环节。为解决结构主义思想下旅游资源课程教学模式与旅游教育发展方向和人才培养需求不适应的局面,文章按照后结构主义的“解构—建构”思维,对旅游资源课程教学模式进行了改革,从教学目标生成逻辑优化、教学内容模块体系建构、教学环境角色场景整合及教学过程理念方法转向等4个方面进行了提升。实践结果表明:教学模式是提供解决课程问题分析思路和方法的动态变化过程,面向国家战略要求和产业需求是教学模式不断创新演进的动力,教学模式路径创新是课程思政建设和新时代教学改革的必然要求,而后结构主义视角下的教学模式优化符合旅游人才培养的现实需求。Curriculum is a core element in learning and teaching,and high-quality teaching is an important part of the cultivation of talents.In order to solve the mismatch between the teaching mode of tourism resources courses under the structuralism and the development direction of tourism education as well as the needs of talent cultivation,this paper details a reform of the teaching mode in tourism resources course according to the“deconstruction-construction”mindset of post-structuralism.This paper conducts an enhancement study on each teaching element from four aspects:the logical optimization of teaching objectives,the construction of teaching content,the integration of teaching environment,and the shift of philosophy and methodology in the teaching process.This paper concludes that the teaching mode is a dynamic change process that provides analytical ideas and methods to solve curriculum problems.The driving force for the continuous innovation of the teaching mode is oriented to the national strategic requirements and industrial demand.The innovation of the teaching mode is an inevitable requirement of curriculum ideological and political construction and teaching reform in the new era,and the optimization of the teaching mode from the perspective of post-structuralism meets the practical needs of the tourism talent cultivation.
