摘  要:利用价廉、可再生的稻壳为原料,经热解、水热处理得到脱硅溶液,在酸性环境下加入氧化石墨烯分散液制得稻壳基硅胶/石墨烯复合材料(GRHS)。利用扫描电子显微镜、微孔物理吸附分析仪表征了产物结构,重点研究了GRHS对水蒸气、正己烷的吸附性能及其循环吸附稳定性。结果表明,GRHS的平均孔径为2.87 nm,比表面积为723.22 m^(2)/g;GRHS与未复合的稻壳基硅胶相比,表面有更多纳米级的粒子堆积,并形成了二氧化硅的三维网状结构;20℃时,GRHS对水蒸气的静态饱和吸附量为0.097 g/g,远小于稻壳基硅胶(0.226 g/g)的吸附量,GRHS对正己烷的静态饱和吸附量为0.332 g/g,大于稻壳基硅胶(0.217 g/g)的吸附量;GRHS的循环吸附稳定性较好,第7次吸附时,对正己烷的吸附量较第1次仅减少了0.023 g/g,对水蒸气的吸附量较第1次仅增加了0.012 g/g,有利于提高其应用于挥发性有机化合物回收时的使用寿命。The cheap and renewable rice husks have been used to prepare the desilication solution with sodium carbonate through pyrolysis and hydrothermal treatment.Then the rice husk-based silica gel/graphene composites(GRHS)have been prepared with graphene oxide dispersion in an acidic environment.The product structure was characterized using the scanning electron microscopy and microporous physical adsorption analyzer,with a focus on studying the adsorption and cyclic adsorption stability of GRHS towards water vapor and n-hexane.The results show that GRHS has the average pore size and specific surface area of 2.87 nm and 723.22 m^(2)/g,respectively.There are more nano-scale particles on the surface of GRHS,and a three-dimensional network structure of silica,compared with the uncomposited rice husk-based silica gel.At 20℃,the adsorption capacity of GRHS for water vapor was 0.097 g/g,which is much lower than that of RHS(0.226 g/g);The adsorption capacity of GRHS for n-hexane was 0.332 g/g,which is higher than that of RHS(0.217 g/g).At the 7th adsorption,the adsorption capacity for n-hexane decreased by 0.023 g/g compared to the 1st adsorption,and the adsorption capacity for water vapor increased by 0.012 g/g compared to the 1st adsorption,which is beneficial for improving its service life in VOCs recovery.
