摘 要:通过实验模拟了脱醇型单组分室温硫化 (RTV-1 )硅橡胶的“返粗”现象,采用热失重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、电感耦合等离子体光谱仪等对“返粗”硅橡胶进行分析,探究了纳米碳酸钙对硅橡胶“返粗”的影响。结果表明,“返粗”脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶的起粒部分存在镁元素富集的现象,其以脂肪酸镁的形式存在。甲醇是硅橡胶“返粗”的主因,缺少甲醇无法发生“返粗”,而脂肪酸镁具有加快甲醇富集的作用,会导致“返粗”更快出现和更严重。脂肪酸镁在纳米碳酸钙的表面处理中形成,纳米碳酸钙悬浮液液相中镁离子含量越高,其形成的脂肪酸镁越多,硅橡胶“返粗”现象越严重。纳米碳酸钙表面处理剂中常见的脂肪酸对应的镁盐均可以加快“返粗”现象的出现,且“返粗”的程度与脂肪酸镁在甲醇中的溶解度有关,其在甲醇中的溶解度越高,对应的“返粗”情况更严重。The re-agglomeration in dealcoholized one-component room temperature vulcanized (RTV-1) silicone rubber was simulated in experiment. The effect of nano calcium carbonate on the re-agglomeration of silicone rubber was analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer, scanning electron microscope, inductively coupled plasma spectrometer. The results indicate that the re-agglomerate part of the RTV-1 silicone rubber exhibits an enrichment of magnesium, in the form of fatty acid magnesium. Methanol is the main cause contributing to the re-agglomeration in silicone rubber. Re-agglomeration cannot occur without the presence of methanol, and magnesium fatty acid accelerates the enrichment of methanol, thereby leading to a more rapid and severe re-agglomeration. The magnesium fatty acid appears during the surface treatment of nano-calcium carbonate. An increase in the concentration of magnesium ions in the liquid phase of nano-calcium carbonate suspension leads to a higher formation of magnesium fatty acid, exacerbating the re-agglomeration in silicone rubber. The presence of magnesium salts, corresponding to common fatty acids, in nano-calcium carbonate surface treatment agents can expedite the re-agglomeration, and the extent of re-agglomeration is associated with the solubility of magnesium fatty acid in methanol;a higher solubility in methanol leads to a more severe reagglomerate situation.
