摘  要:以不同模量的4种硅烷改性聚醚 (MS )树脂为基础聚合物,添加增塑剂、补强填料、抗氧剂、除水剂、硅烷偶联剂、催化剂等制得单组分MS密封胶,研究了基础聚合物种类对MS密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用40份MS树脂3368T与50份MS树脂Sax750复配作为基础聚合物时,制得的MS密封胶性能较佳,外观无明显颗粒,表干时间为13 min,稠度为7.5 cm,24 h固化深度为4 mm,拉伸强度为 2.1 MPa ,拉断伸长率为706%,邵氏A硬度为46,拉伸模量为1.62 MPa,剪切强度为2.2 MPa,剪切模量为0.35 MPa。One component MS sealant was prepared using four different modulus of silane modified polyether (MS) resin as the base polymer, with plasticizers, reinforcing fillers, antioxidants, water removers, silane coupling agents, and catalysts. The effect of base polymers on the performance of the MS sealant was studied. The results show that when 40 phr of MS resin 3368T and 50 phr of MS resin Sax750 have been compounded as the base polymer, the MS sealant has the appearance of invisible particles, the surface drying time of 13 min, the consistency of 7.5 cm, the curing depth in 24 h of 4 mm, the tensile strength of 2.1 MPa , the elongation at break of 706%, the Shore A hardness of 46, the tensile modulus of 1.62 MPa, the shear strength of 2.2 MPa, and the shear modulus of 0.35 MPa.
