摘　　要：钙化型腰椎间盘突出症(calcified lumbar disc herniation,CLDH)是腰椎间盘突出症(lumbardisc herniation, LDH)的一种特殊类型,临床症状表现为腰背痛伴单侧或双侧下肢放射痛和(或)麻木感。多数患者经保守治疗效果不佳,临床症状较重,严重影响其工作和生活。了解其发病机制、提高临床诊断水平及优化治疗方案对指导该病的诊治具有重大意义。本文主要从CLDH的发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面进行综述,目的是为该病的临床诊疗过程提供参考。Calcified lumbar disc herniation(CLDH)is a special type of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),with clinical symptoms of low back pain accompanied by unilateral or bilateral radiating pain and/or numbness in the lower limbs.Most of the patients are poorly managed by formal conservative treatment,and the clinical symptoms are severe,which seriously affects the work and life of the patients.In this review,we focus on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of CLDH to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.
