摘 要:目的探讨腕关节可塑小夹板在肘屈位90°位置下的压力分布情况,为可塑小夹板量化研究提供方法和参考。方法采用压力测量膜化学显色方法,同时通过Python算法,以腕关节可塑小夹板Colles骨折掌屈尺偏肘屈90°位为例,将压力差异通过热力图的形式数字化展示,利用色彩可视化压力分布数据。结果灰度均衡前压强:掌侧板(1.58±0.285)N/cm^(2),背侧板(1.34±0.178)N/cm^(2),尺侧板(1.55±0.250)N/cm^(2),桡侧板(1.48±0.242)N/cm^(2)。灰度均衡后压强:掌侧板(1.59±0.270)N/cm^(2),背侧板(1.33±0.196)N/cm^(2),尺侧板(1.55±0.255)N/cm^(2),桡侧板(1.47±0.238)N/cm^(2);掌侧板、背侧板、尺侧板、桡侧板灰度均衡前后压强差异均无统计学意义。结论使用可视化算法进行读数具有可行性,相对使用测量膜比色获得压强,通过可视化算法得出的压强更准确,更具备分析研究的价值。90°肘屈位时,掌侧板平均压强最大,其次是尺侧板、桡侧板,背侧板平均压强最小。Objective To investigate the pressure distribution of wrist small splint at 90°elbow flexion,and to provide a method and references for the quantitative study of small splints.Methods The pressure measurement membrane chemical color rendering method was used,and the Python algorithm was used to digitally display the pressure difference in the form of thermal map.The color was used to visualize the pressure distribution data,taking the small splint for Colles’fracture at the metacarpal flexion-ulnar deviation and 90°flexural elbow position as an example.Results Grayscale equalization front pressure:palmar plate(1.58±0.285)N/cm^(2),dorsal plate(1.34±0.178)N/cm^(2),ulnar plate(1.55±0.250)N/cm^(2),radial plate(1.48±0.242)N/cm^(2).Pressure after grayscale equalization:palmar plate(1.59±0.270)N/cm^(2),dorsal plate(1.33±0.196)N/cm^(2),ulnar side plate(1.55±0.255)N/cm^(2),radial plate(1.47±0.238)N/cm^(2);There was no significant difference in the pressure values before and after grayscale equalization of palmar plate,dorsal plate,ulnar plate,and radial plate.Conclusions It is feasible to use the visualization algorithm for reading,and the pressure obtained by the visualization algorithm is more accurate with analysis and research value.The average pressure of the palmar plate is the largest,followed by the ulnar plate and the radial plate when the elbow is bent at 90°.The average pressure of the dorsal plate is the smallest.
