摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下FAST-fix 360°系统治疗外侧半月板损伤的效果。方法选取唐山市第二医院骨科2020年1月至2022年12月收治实施关节镜下FAST-fix 360°系统修复术的外侧半月板损伤患者72例作为研究对象,比较术前、术后6个月、术后12个月72例患者的Tegner、Lysholm和国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果所有外侧半月板损伤患者术后6、12个月时的Tegner、Lysholm和IKDC评分均高于术前(P<0.05),VAS评分低于术前(P<0.05)。所有患者共发生5例并发症,其中术后感染1例,血肿2例,关节僵硬2例,术后并发症发生率为6.94%。结论对外侧半月板损伤患者实施关节镜下FAST-fix360°系统修复术能改善膝关节运动功能,缓解疼痛,并且并发症发生率较低,在临床应用中具有良好的安全性和有效性。Objective To investigate the effect of the FAST-fix 360°system under arthroscopy on lateral meniscus injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with lateral meniscus injury who underwent arthroscopic FAST-fix 360°system repair in the Department of Orthopedics of Tangshan Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Tegner,Lysholm,and IKDC scores,VAS scores,and postoperative complications of 72 patients were compared before surgery and at 6 months and 12 months after surgery.Results The Tegner,Lysholm,and IKDC scores of all patients with lateral meniscus injury at 6 and 12 months after surgery were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the visual analogue score(VAS)was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).There were five complications,including postoperative infection in one case,hematoma in two cases,and joint stiffness in two cases.The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.94%.Conclusion Arthroscopic FAST-fix360°system repair in patients with lateral meniscus injury can improve knee motor function,reduce pain,and lead to a low incidence of complications,indicating that this method has good safety and effectiveness in clinical application.
