摘　　要：总结王小红教授基于“三因制宜”论治崩漏的经验。王教授承三因理论之精华,认为崩漏可从发病地域气候饮食、时令周期、患者的年龄禀赋进行论治。“因地”应把握闽都土湿而嗜食滋腻,内外湿邪合而伤脾的特点,临证多以健脾气为核心。“因时”要顺四时合五脏阴阳,根据病情缓急采取塞流、澄源、复旧之法。“因人”当以扶脾为要,辨年之老少配合应用补肾、疏肝之法,区别体质禀赋而用药。并附1则典型验案以资验证。Experience of Professor Wang Xiaohong in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis based on the theory of treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factor was summarized.Professor Wang inherits the essence of this theory,and believes that the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis can be based on the climate and diet of the region where the disease develops,the seasonal cycle,and the patient's age and congenital constitution.In the theory of environment-concerned treatment,we should grasp the characteristics of Min Du's humid climate and appetite for nourishing and greasy food,and the combination of internal and external damp-pathogen will injure the spleen,and the clinically should be centered on the spleen-strengthening and qi-invigorating.The theory of climate-concerned treatment should be in accordance with the four seasons and the yin and yang of the five organs,according to the urgency of the disease to take the method of plug flow,clarifying the source,and restoration.The theory of individuality-concerned treatment should be to support the spleen as the key,identify the age with the application of benefiting the kidney and soothing liver,distinction different constitutions to use drugs.A typical case was attached.
