清肺排毒汤对重症肺炎的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清肺排毒汤对重症肺炎(SAP)患者中医证候积分、氧合状态及炎性细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2023年7月南昌市洪都中医院收治的70例SAP患者,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),其中对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清肺排毒汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、氧合状态、炎性因子水平及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项中医证候积分、炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清肺排毒汤治疗SAP患者能提升治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,改善临床症状和氧合状态,减轻炎症反应,且具有一定安全性。Objective To observe the effects of Qingfei Paidu decoction on scores of TCM syndromes,oxygenation status and levels of inflammatory cytokines in patients with severe acute pneumonia(SAP).Methods A total of 70 SAP patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group of 35 cases and observation group of 35 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Paidu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,oxygenation status,inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of PaO_2,SaO_(2)and PaO_2/FiO_(2)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Paidu decoction can improve curative effect,reduce scores of TCM syndrome,improve clinical symptoms and oxygenation status,and relieve inflammatory response in SAP patients,and has certain safety.
