针刀密集松解术治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察针刀密集松解术治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取上海中冶医院2016年12月—2023年12月收治的120例臀上皮神经卡压综合征患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,各60例。治疗组给予针刀密集松解术,对照组给予痛点封闭。比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分(M-JOA)、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分变化。结果 治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分、RMDQ评分、M-JOA评分均下降,且治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用针刀密集松解术能够有效治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征,显著缓解疼痛及功能障碍,适于推广,且远期疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intensive needle knife release therapy in the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome admitted to Shanghai MCC Hospital from December 2016 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group received intensive needle knife acupuncture method.The control group was given pain point blockade.The clinical efficacy and changes in visual analog scoring method,modified Japanese Orthopedic Association Lumbar Pain Rating Scale,and Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,VAS score,RMDQ score and M-JOA score of 2 groups were all decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive needle knife release therapy can effectively treat gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome,significantly alleviate pain and the resulting functional impairment,and is suitable for promotion with good long-term effect.
