摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压患者临床疗效及妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月在日照市人民医院就诊的70例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理及单一西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预(情志干预、膳食干预、运动干预、耳穴贴压、中药疗法),分析比较2组治疗后临床疗效,随访妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,2组收缩压、舒张压与治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降更明显(P<0.01);观察组临床治疗总有效率对照组(P<0.01);观察组自发性流产、羊水过多、早产、剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息等不良妊娠发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 综合护理干预能明显提高妊娠高血压患者临床治疗效果,有效降低妊娠不良结局。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational hypertension who visited Rizhao People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and single Western medicine,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention(emotional intervention,dietary intervention,exercise intervention,ear point compression,traditional Chinese medicine therapy).The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was analyzed and compared,and the pregnancy outcome was followed.Results After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in 2 groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease was more obvious in observation group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The incidence of spontaneous abortion,hyperamniotic fluid,premature delivery,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and other adverse pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical effect,and effectively reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes.
