摘　　要：鼻咽癌放化疗后出现的并发症可影响患者的生存率及生活质量,中医药可预防及减轻放化疗后并发症如口腔感染、骨髓抑制、疲乏及相关心理问题,为下一阶段临床治疗提供可能,并延长患者生存时间,提高患者生存质量。此文就鼻咽癌放化疗后常见并发症及其中医药治疗做一论述,探讨中医药防治鼻咽癌放化疗后并发症的疗效,以期为临床提供参考。The complications of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy can affect the survival rate and quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and alleviate the complications after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,such as oral infection,bone marrow suppression,fatigue and related psychological problems,providing the possibility for the next stage of clinical treatment,and extending the survival time of patients and improving the quality of life of patients.In this paper,the common complications of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed,and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was discussed in order to provide clinical reference.
