摘　　要：五运六气学说作为中医学重要理论之一,自古以来就被广泛应用于临床实践中。其以“五行”“六气”为基础,通过观察自然界的变化规律及人体的生理病理表现,揭示人体与自然界之间的密切关系。在治疗胃病方面,五运六气学说通过调整人体的阴阳平衡和气血流动,以及根据季节变化和气候特点进行调节,能够有效缓解胃病引发的症状,促进机体康复。此文主要对五运六气学说治疗胃病临床研究进行综述,进一步提升临床治疗效果。As one of the important theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors has been widely used in clinical practice since ancient times.Based on “five evolutive phases” and “six climatic factors”,it reveals the close relationship between the human body and nature by observing the changing rules of nature and the physiological and pathological manifestations of the human body.In the treatment of stomach diseases,the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors can effectively relieve the symptoms caused by stomach diseases and promote the recovery of the body by adjusting the balance of yin and yang and the flow of qi and blood,as well as adjusting according to the seasonal changes and climate characteristics.This article is mainly to review the clinical progress of theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the treatment of gastric diseases,and further improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
