摘　　要：探讨在国家提出一系列就业政策和老龄化加剧背景下,就业发展对经济增长的影响效应至关重要。本文采用一元线性回归模型,基于2008-2019年的中国面板数据探索就业发展对经济增长的影响,并进一步采取了稳健性检验与异质性分析法。研究发现,就业发展对经济增长存在正向推动作用,但是该作用受到区域、时间、就业类型、产业类型的影响。It is crucial to explore the effects of employment development on economic growth in the context of a series of employment policies proposed by the State and the intensification of ageing.This paper adopts a one-way linear regression model to explore the impact of employment development on economic growth based on Chinese panel data from 2008-2019,and further adopts robustness test and heterogeneity analysis.The study found that there is a positive contribution of employment development to economic growth,but that this contribution is influenced by region,time,type of employment,and type of industry.
