摘  要:在机场商业高速发展、自媒体时代来临、人民群众需要提高的背景下,机场商业发展面临的舆情压力也随之增大,媒体和公众对商品价格、服务态度、餐食品质等机场商业活动的关注度不断提升。自媒体时代积极应对并管控网络舆情对机场乃至整个民航业的高质量发展至关重要。本文全面分析了国内机场商业网络舆情管理现状,分析自媒体时代国内机场商业网络舆情管理存在的主要问题,提出了重视舆情管理、提升把关意识、健全恢复机制等商业网络舆情管理优化建议。Against the backdrop of rapid development of airport commerce,the advent of the self-media era,and the need for improvement from the public,the public opinion pressure faced by airport commercial development has also increased.The media and public's attention to airport commercial activities such as product prices,service attitudes,and meal quality continues to rise.In the era of self-media,actively responding to and controlling online public opinion is crucial for the high-quality development of airports and even the entire civil aviation industry.This article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of commercial network public opinion management in domestic airports,identifies the main problems in commercial network public opinion management in the era of self-media,and proposed optimization suggestions for commercial network public opinion management,including emphasizing public opinion management,enhancing gatekeeping awareness,and improving recovery mechanisms.
