摘　　要：目的 挖掘整理治疗骨伤科疾病的壮医药特色,为临床应用提供更多理论依据。方法 从《壮药学》中筛选出治疗骨伤科疾病的壮药,对其基原植物、药用部位、性味、用法用量、毒性等方面进行统计和分析。结果 筛选出209味治疗骨伤科疾病的壮药,209味药物隶属于85个科,数量最多的为菊科。药性寒、热、温、凉、平性兼具,药味以苦、麻、辣味为主。多主治跌打损伤、骨痛、痹痛。结论 治疗骨伤科疾病的壮药来源丰富,囊括植物类、动物类药物,用药方法及其剂量也具有独特的特色,值得对其挖掘整理与总结,以便民族医药更好地发展。Objective To explore and sort out the various characteristics of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of orthopedic diseases,so as to make more clinical understanding and better clinical use of these medicine.Methods Zhuang medicine in the treatment of orthopedic diseases were selected from Zhuang pharmacy,and their basic plants,medicinal parts,flavor,taste,usage and dosage,toxicity and other aspects were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 209 Zhuang medicines were screened out,belonging to 85 families,and the composite family are the most.The medicinal properties are cold,hot,warm,cold and mild,with bitter,numbing and peppery taste.Indications for more injuries,bone pain,arthralgia.Conclusion There are abundant sources of Zhuang medicines for the treatment of orthopedic diseases,including plant and animal medicines.The methods and dosages of Zhuang medicines are also unique.It is worthy of us to dig,sort out and summarize them for the better development of ethnic medicine.
