摘　　要：目的 系统评价中药复聪汤在治疗突发性耳聋方面的应用疗效。方法 检索建库至2023年10月26日万方、维普、知网、CBM、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science和Cochrane Library中关于复聪汤治疗突发性耳聋的随机对照试验(RCT),按照Cochrane评价手册5.1.0的标准,采用RevMan 5.4软件对所纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果 入选RCT研究17项,患者共1248例。Meta分析结果显示,以复聪汤为主的中医疗法结合西药治疗可以提高总有效率和治愈率,改善血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血液NO水平。结论 以复聪汤为主治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效比使用单一西药的疗效更好。未来仍需要更高质量的研究对此次结果进行进一步验证。Objective To systematic evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine Fucong decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness(SD).Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTS) on Fucong decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness were searched from Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science and Cochrane Library up to October 26,2023.According to the criteria of Cochrane Review Manual 5.1.0,Meta-analysis of the included literatures was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 17 RCT studies were included,involving 1248 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on Fucong decoction combined with western medicine could improve the total effective rate and cure rate,and improve plasma viscosity,hematocrit and blood NO level.Conclusion The clinical effect of Fucong decoction on SD is better than that of single Western medicine.In the future,higher quality research results are still needed to further validate this result.
