孙光荣止痢汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究孙光荣止痢汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将2022年1月—2023年6月收治的120例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用孙光荣止痢汤,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、Sutherland评分。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组中医证候积分、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、WBC、Sutherland评分均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孙光荣止痢汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低炎性反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Sun Guangrong's Zhili decoction on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 120 patients with UC from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group received Sun Guangrong's Zhili decoction in addition to the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels and Sutherland Rating between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome scores,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,WBC and Sutherland scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of experimental group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sun Guangrong's Zhili decoction can improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammatory reactions in the treatment of UC,which is worth promoting.
