中和清金化痰益肺汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究清金化痰益肺汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析江西省会昌县人民医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的支气管肺炎患儿资料100例,根据治疗方案分为西医组(42例,常规西药治疗)和联合组(58例,西医组基础上加用清金化痰益肺汤联合穴位敷贴治疗),比较2组临床治疗效果。结果 联合组临床总有效率较西医组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组发热等临床症状消失时间明显短于西医组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患儿白细胞计数、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等指标水平均下降,且联合组下降幅度较西医组更大(P<0.05)。结论 清金化痰益肺汤联合穴位敷贴用于小儿支气管肺炎治疗,可有效降低患儿血清炎症因子,减轻炎症反应,缩短治疗时间,显著提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction combined with acupoint application in treating bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods The data of 100 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in Huichang County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into Western medicine group(42 cases,conventional Western medicine treatment) and combined group(58 cases,Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction combined with acupoint application treatment) according to different treatment plans.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of Western group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever and other clinical symptoms in combination group was significantly shorter than that in Western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,leukocyte count,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and other indexes in the two groups were all decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the combined group was greater than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Yifei decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly reduce the serum inflammatory factors,reduce the inflammatory response,shorten the treatment time,and significantly improve the clinical effect.
