摘　　要：张仲景于《伤寒杂病论》中论述了咽喉不利的病机证治,认为咽喉不利的病因与水饮内停、实热内扰、湿热内蕴、虚火上炎、外邪郁闭、阳气亏虚有关。咽部异物感多责之于脾胃气虚,水饮内停,气机不畅;咽干多责之实热内盛、阴虚内热;咽痛多责之于外邪郁闭,少阴虚火;咽部生疮多责之于湿热、痰热客于咽喉。并提出行气散饮、宣越水饮、宣肺散饮、清热泻火、清腑泻热、清解少阳、清热燥湿、滋阴降火、温复阳气、疏散外邪等治则方药,为后世咽喉疾病的治疗奠定了基础。In Shanghan Zabing Lun,Zhang Zhongjing discussed the pathogenesis treatment of throat disorders,and believed that the pathogenesis of throat disorders is related to stagnation of water supply,internal disturbance of solid heat,internal accumulation of dampness and heat,inflammation of deficiency fire,suppression of external evil,deficiency of yang and qi.Foreign body sensation in pharynx is mainly due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency,fluid retention syndrome.Pharynx dry is more responsibility of excessive heat,yin deficiency of internal heat.Sore throat is mostly due to the closed exogenous pathogenic factors.Sore of pharynx is mainly due to dampness and heat,phlegm and heat in throat.At the same time,Zhang Zhongjing put forward the principles of Xingqisan drink,Xuanyueshui drink,Xuanfeisan drink,clearing heat and fire,clearing fu and heat,clearing Shaoyang,clearing heat and dampness,nourishing yin and lowering fire,warming yang qi,and evacuating external evil,which laid the foundation for the treatment of throat diseases in later generations.
