张胜友教授基于脾肾功能治疗痹证经验

摘　　要：安徽省名中医张胜友从事中医骨伤专业30载,积累了丰富的临床经验,此文分析总结了张教授基于脾肾功能治疗痹证的用药规律,以补益脾肾、化湿邪为核心,兼用行气活血、通络止痛之法。张教授认为痹证的发生究其根本为脾肾功能失常致营卫、精气血亏虚,筋骨肌肉失养,湿邪夹杂他邪侵袭患处发病。痹证病程缠绵、发病率高及易复发,相比西医治疗,中医药治疗有独到优势。张教授常用黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、桑寄生、独活健脾化湿,牛膝、杜仲、熟地黄补肾填精,脾肾同治以扶正祛邪,固本培元而病邪难复。Zhang Shengyou,a famous TCM doctor in Anhui Province,has been engaged in TCM orthopedics and traumatology for 30 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience.Professor Zhang Shengyou believes that the root cause of arthralgia syndrome is the dysfunction of the spleen and kidney,which leads to deficiency of health,essence,qi and blood,musculoskeletal and muscular dystrophy,and the invasion of dampness and other evils into the affected area.The course of the disease is long,the incidence is high and the recurrence is easy,which has unique advantages compared with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Zhang commonly uses Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephalus,Poria cocos,Mulberry parasitism,and doubleteeth pubescent angelica root drugs to strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness,hyssop,eucommia,and Rehmannia rehmannia to replenish the kidney and fill the essence,and treat the spleen and kidney at the same time for strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.
