从肝肠相通探讨柴金理气汤在慢性胆囊炎的应用

摘　　要：近年来慢性胆囊炎发病率逐年增长,且病程较长,具有反复发作、迁延不愈的特点。中医治疗此病多从肝、脾、胃入手辨证论治。然而,从现代医学角度入手对以上脏腑论治的研究较少。近年来,有关胆囊炎与肝-肠循环的关系逐渐成为研究热点,中医药在胆囊炎治疗,特别是在早期治疗方面的作用被广泛发掘。基于此,笔者从中西医结合角度出发,将中医学肝肠相通理论与现代医学中肝肠循环相关理论相结合,阐述柴金理气汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的科学内涵,以期为柴金理气汤防治慢性胆囊炎提供理论支持。In recent years,the incidence of chronic cholecystitis has increased year by year,and it has a long course of disease,with the characteristics of repeated attacks and delay.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease from the liver,spleen,stomach syndrome differentiation.However,from the perspective of modern medicine,the study of the above viscera is rarely studied.In recent years,the relationship between cholecystitis and liver-intestinal circulation has gradually become a research hotspot,and the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cholecystitis,especially in the early treatment,has been widely explored.Based on this background,from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the author combined the theory of “liver and intestinal communication” in traditional Chinese medicine with the related theory of liver and intestinal circulation in modern medicine,expounded the scientific connotation of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,and provide theoretical support for Chaijin Liqi decoction in the prevention and treatment of chronic cholecystitis.
