热奄包外敷联合复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗功能性肛门直肠痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用热奄包外敷联合复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠的方式治疗功能性肛门直肠痛疗效。方法选取功能性肛门直肠痛患者64例作为研究对象,按就诊时间随机分为对照组及试验组。对照组用复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠,试验组在对照组的基础上联合热奄包外敷。治疗周期为2周,治疗结束后,记录2组视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分以及治疗结束后第1、2、3个月随访VAS评分,比较2组治疗效果。结果经2周治疗,试验组总体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组缓解疼痛的时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。3个月后随访,试验组VAS评分仍低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热奄包外敷联合复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗功能性肛门痛,可以明显缓解患者的肛门直肠疼痛。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of fomentation package combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating retention enema in the treatment of functional anorectal pain.Methods Sixty-four patients with functional anorectal pain were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the time of visit.The control group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid coating retention enema,and the experimental group was treated with external application of fomentation package on the basis of the control group.The treatment period was 2 weeks.After the treatment,the Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups and the VAS scores of the follow-up at 1,2 and 3 months after the treatment were recorded,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and pain relief time of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was still lower than that of the control group after 3 months follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of fomentation package combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating retention enema in the treatment of functional anorectal pain can obviously relieve the patients'anorectal pain.
