补肾导浊汤治疗湿热蕴结型输尿管结石术后相关并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾导浊汤对输尿管结石术后留置双J管相关并发症的影响。方法将2023年1月—2023年9月滁州市中西医结合医院泌尿外科收治的60例输尿管结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊治疗,观察组给予补肾导浊汤治疗,2组均在术后第3天至拔除双J管前服用,共4周。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、VAS评分、尿微量白蛋白水平变化。结果观察组中医证候积分、VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),2组尿微量白蛋白水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组更显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾导浊汤可以减轻输尿管结石患者术后疼痛,并且能够降低尿微量白蛋白水平,保护肾功能,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Daozhuo decoction on the complications related to indwelling double-J stent after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods Sixty patients with ureteral stones in Chuzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to September 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.In addition to routine treatment,the control group received treatment with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules,while the observation group received Bushen Daozhuo decoction.Both groups took the medication from the third day after surgery until the removal of the double-J stent,for a total of four weeks.The changes in TCM syndrome score,VAS score,and urinary microalbumin level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and urinary microalbumin levels in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Daozhuo decoction can alleviate postoperative pain in patients and reduce urinary microalbumin levels,thereby protecting kidney function.It is worthy of promotion and application.
