芍药甘草汤联合中药热奄包治疗中风偏瘫痉挛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨芍药甘草汤联合中药热奄包治疗中风偏瘫痉挛的临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2023年3月于赣南医学院第二附属医院就诊的中风偏瘫痉挛患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予中药热奄包治疗,观察组在此基础上给予芍药甘草汤,疗程4周,观察2组临床疗效、日常生活能力(MBI)、上肢肌张力状况(MAS)、运动能力(FMA),分析2组不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组MBI评分大于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组MAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组FMA评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 芍药甘草汤联合中药热奄包治疗中风偏瘫痉挛不仅能有效缓解肌肉痉挛,提高患者运动及生活能力,更能有效提升康复效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with Chinese medicine fomentation package in the treatment of stroke with hemiplegic spasm.Methods Sixty patients with stroke complicated with hemiplegic spasm who came to the hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases according to the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given Chinese medicine fomentation package,and the observation group was additionally given Shaoyao Gancao decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed after 4 weeks of treatment,and the changes in daily living ability [modified Barthel Index(MBI)],upper limb muscle tension status [modified Ashworth Spasm Scale(MAS)] and motor ability [Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)] were compared before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions was analyzed in the two groups during 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,there was a great difference in the total clinical effective rate between both groups,and the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The MBI score in both groups after treatment was higher compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the MBI score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The MAS score after treatment in the two groups was lower compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The FMA score in both groups was significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and the FMA score was significantly higher in observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with Chinese medicine fomentation package therapy can not o
