摘　　要：目的 探究自拟中药祛毒止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合创口外敷止痛生肌膏治疗肛肠疾病术后并发症及促进创口快速愈合的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月萍乡市湘东区中医院肛肠科收治的肛肠疾病患者60例,根据双盲分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗;观察组则采用祛毒止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合创口外敷止痛生肌膏治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、创面愈合时间、换药次数、水肿和渗血消失时间以及治疗前、治疗后1、3、7 d创面疼痛程度评分。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、换药次数、水肿和渗血消失时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者1、3、7 d创面疼痛程度评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自拟中药祛毒止痛汤熏洗坐浴联合创口外敷止痛生肌膏治疗肛肠疾病疗效显著,能有效减少并发症,促进创口快速愈合。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Qudu Zhitong decoction fumigation hip bath combined with external application of Zhitong Shengji ointment in treating postoperative complications of anorectal diseases and promoting rapid wound healing.Methods A total of 60 patients with anorectal diseases from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the double-blind grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group given conventional treatment.The observation group used Qudu Zhitong decoction fumigation hip bath combined with external application of Zhitong Shengji ointment.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,dressing change times,edema and bleeding disappearance time,and wound pain score before treatment,1,3 and 7 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Wound healing time,dressing change times,edema and bleeding disappearance time in observation group were significantly shorter than or less than control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the wound pain degree scores of both groups were decreased 1,3 and 7 days after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Qudu Zhitong decoction fumigation hip bath combined with external application of Zhitong Shengji ointment in the treatment of anorectal disease has significantly curative effect,can effectively reduce complications,and promote wound healing quickly.
