运动处方联合顽痹康丸小针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察顽痹康丸、小针刀联合运动处方对强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法选取确诊为AS患者85例,随机分为对照组(42例,予常规西药治疗)、治疗组(43例,予顽痹康丸、小针刀、运动处方治疗)。记录治疗前后脊柱疼痛、晨僵时间、枕墙距、指地距、AS活动指数(BASDAI)、AS功能指数(BASFI)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及其临床疗效。结果治疗后,在脊柱疼痛评分、晨僵时间、指地距、BASDAI评分、BASFI评分方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组枕墙距比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组ESR、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论顽痹康丸、小针刀联合运动处方治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状并改善其生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wanbikang pill combined with small needle knife and exercise prescription on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 85 patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into control group(42 cases were treated with conventional Western medicine)and treatment group(43 cases were treated with Wanbikang pill combined with small needle knife and exercise prescription).Spinal pain,morning stiffness time,occipital wall distance,finger-ground distance,AS activity index(BASDAI),AS function index(BASFI),ESR and CRP levels and their clinical efficacy were recorded before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the spinal pain score,morning rigor time,finger-ground distance,BASDAI score and BASFI score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in occipital-wall distance between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of ESR and CRP in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wanbikang pill combined with small needle knife and exercise prescription is effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
