耳穴压豆联合芳香疗法对癌痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合芳香疗法对中重度癌痛患者疼痛缓解度、负性情绪的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2022年8月江西省肿瘤医院的晚期恶性肿瘤患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)、试验Ⅰ组(32例)和试验Ⅱ组(32例)。对照组接受三阶梯止痛法治疗和常规护理措施,试验Ⅰ组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆治疗,试验Ⅱ组在试验Ⅰ组基础上联合芳香疗法。评估3组患者治疗前后数字疼痛评分(NRS)、负性情绪(SAS、SDS)。结果干预后,试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组癌痛治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组疼痛缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅰ组NRS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);试验Ⅱ组SAS和SDS评分优于试验Ⅰ组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合芳香疗法可缓解癌痛,降低负性情绪且操作简单易行,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of auricular point compressing bean combined with aromatherapy on pain relief and negative emotion in patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced malignant tumors in Jiangxi Province Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=32),experimental group I(n=32)and experimental group II(n=32)by random number table method.All three groups received three-step analgesic therapy and routine nursing measures.Experimental groupⅠwas treated with auricular point compressing bean on the basis of control group.Experimental groupⅡwas treated with aromatherapy on the basis of Experimental groupⅠ.All patients in the three groups received pain score(NRS)and negative emotion(SAS,SDS)before and after treatment.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of cancer pain treatment between experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅠwas better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017),while the pain relief rate between experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅠwas not statistically significant(P>0.017).The NRS score of experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅠwas better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).SAS and SDS scores of experimental groupⅡwere better than those of experimental groupⅠand control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of auricular acupoint compressing and aromatherapy can relieve cancer pain,reduce negative emotions,and is simple and easy to operate,which is worth popularizing.
