针刺五脏俞联合隔药灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺五脏俞联合隔药灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床效果。方法 将2020年2月—2022年2月在三门峡市中医院就诊的75例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组37例,观察组38例。对照组口服谷维素片、复合维生素B片治疗,观察组予以针刺五脏俞联合隔药灸治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计临床疗效,比较治疗前后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、躯体和心理健康报告(SPHERE)评分以及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))变化情况。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),FS-14和SPHERE评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺五脏俞联合隔药灸能缓解慢性疲劳综合征患者疲劳和减少伴随症状,调节免疫功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture zang-fu viscera shu point combined with drug-separated moxibustion in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods A total of 75 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome treated in Sanmenxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group of 37 cases and the observation group of 38 cases.The control group was treated with oral gluvitamin tablets and multivitamin B tablets,and the observation group was given acupuncture zang-fu viscera shu point combined with drug-separated moxibustion.Clinical effects were calculated after 4 weeks of treatment,and the changes of pre-and post-treatment fatigue scale-14(FS-14) scores,somatic and mental health report(SPHERE) scores,and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+) were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),FS-14 and SPHERE scores were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ levels were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture zang-fu viscera shu point combined with drug-separated moxibustion can relieve fatigue and reduce accompanying symptoms in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,regulate immune function,and has significant clinical effect.
