头穴针刺联合高压氧治疗脑卒中急性期肢体运动功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨头穴运动区经颅重复针刺配合高压氧治疗脑卒中急性期肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月北京市顺义区医院收治的102例脑卒中急性期肢体运动功能障碍患者,分为2组,各51列。对照组给予头穴运动区经颅重复针刺治疗,研究组给予头穴运动区经颅重复针刺配合高压氧治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组临床疗效、ADL评分、NIHSS评分、FMA评分。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分比对照组更高,且NIHSS评分比对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头穴运动区经颅重复针刺配合高压氧治疗脑卒中急性期患者肢体运动功能障碍具有明显临床治疗效果,可以较好地改善机体的运动功能,降低对神经功能的损伤,有效提升整体的日常生活能力,可推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical study of Repeated transcranial acupuncture in the exercise area of scalp point combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of limb motor dysfunction in acute stage of stroke.Methods A total of 102 patients with limb motor dysfunction at acute stage of stroke in Shunyi District Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transcranial repeated acupuncture at scalp point exercise area,while the study group was treated with transcranial repeated acupuncture at scalp point exercise area combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,ADL score,NIHSS score and FMA score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower(P<0.05).The FMA score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repeated transcranial acupuncture at scalp point exercise area combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber has obvious clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with limb motor dysfunction at acute stage of stroke,which can better improve the motor function of the body,reduce the damage to nerve function,effectively improve the overall ability of daily life,and can be widely used.
