消肿敛疮膏联合地奥司明片治疗血栓性外痔临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自制消肿敛疮膏外敷联合地奥司明片口服治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法选取84例于2022年1月—2023年9月在上海市金山区中西医结合医院肛肠科门诊治疗的血栓性外痔患者,基于治疗方式不同划分为治疗组和对照组,研究过程中治疗组脱落2例,对照组脱落3例。治疗组40例采用自制消肿敛疮膏外敷联合地奥司明片口服治疗,对照组39例采用单纯口服地奥司明片治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后的肛门疼痛情况、痔核肿块大小及皮肤黏膜表现等情况。结果与同期对照组相比,治疗组用药后第7天肛门疼痛、肿胀程度、皮肤黏膜颜色评分更低(均P<0.05),治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制消肿敛疮膏对血栓性外痔患者的治疗效果显著,可促进痔核更快缩小,减轻肛门疼痛。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaozhong Lianchuang ointment combined with oral administration of Diosmin tablets in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 84 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids treated in Jinshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the objects.Based on different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group.During the study,2 cases fell off in the treatment group and 3 cases fell off in the control group.Forty cases in the treatment group were treated with Xiaozhong Lianchuang ointment combined with oral administration of Diosmin tablets,while 39 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Diosmin tablets.Anal pain,the size of hemorrhoidal mass and skin mucosal manifestations of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group in the same period,the anal pain,swelling degree and skin mucosal color score of the treatment group were lower on the 7th day after medication(P<0.05),and the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Xiaozhong Lianchuang ointment has a significantly therapeutic effect,can promote hemorrhoidal nucleus shrinking faster,and reduce anal pain.
