滋水清肝饮治疗阴虚肝郁型甲亢

摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症,是由于甲状腺合成释放过多的甲状腺激素,造成机体代谢亢进、兴奋性增高的一组临床综合征。中医将该病归属于“瘿病、瘿气”,认为情志不遂,肝郁化火,火旺伤阴,聚液为痰,发为瘿病,选用滋水清肝饮加减治疗。滋水清肝饮源于《医宗己任编》,由六味地黄丸和丹栀逍遥散加减演变而来,佟杰教授擅长运用此方治疗阴虚肝郁型甲亢,临床疗效良好。特此总结佟教授经验并附验案1则,为临床治疗甲亢提供更多方向及思路。Hyperthyroidism is a group of clinical syndromes in which the thyroid gland synthesizes and releases too much thyroid hormone,resulting in hypermetabolism and increased excitability.The disease belongs to “gall disease” and “gall qi” in traditional Chinese medicine,that mood failure,liver depression fire,fire damage yin,concentrated liquid for phlegm lead to gall disease,Zishui Qinggan drink was used for this disease.Zishui Qinggan drink is derived from the Yizong Jiren Bian,from the evolution of Liuwei Dihuang pill and Danzhi Xiaoyao powder.Professor Tong Jie is good at using this formula to treat hyperthyroidism of yin deficiency liver depression type,and the clinical effect is good.Professor Tong's experience was summarized and one case was attached to provide more directions and ideas for clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism.
