摘　　要：关节病型银屑病是一种慢性炎症性疾病,其症状除了皮肤上的斑块和鳞屑还伴随多关节肿痛、畸形,甚至导致残障。关节病型银屑病的病因复杂,西医认为遗传、免疫以及环境因素都对其发病有所影响;而这种理解与中医的病机理论中先天禀赋不足、湿热、血瘀以及外感六淫邪气等因素影响病程有着异曲同工之妙。此文将综述近年来中西医对关节病型银屑病病因学的研究成果,以期为中西医结合治疗提供新的思路。Psoriatic Arthritis(PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized not only by plaques and scales on the skin but also by multi-joint swelling,deformities,and even disability.The etiology of PsA is complex.Western medicine posits that genetic,immunological,and environmental factors contribute to the onset of PsA.This understanding resonates intriguingly with the theories of pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine,which suggest that factors such as innate insufficiency,dampness-heat,blood stasis,and the effects of external pathological influences affect the course of the disease.This article will review recent research achievements in the etiology of PsA from the perspectives of both Western and traditional Chinese medicine,in the hope of providing new insights for the combined treatment of PsA.
