摘 要:本研究采用溶剂热法通过脱脂棉生物模板的限制效应合成了多孔Sm/SnO_(2)多通道材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的成分和形貌进行了表征分析观测。多孔Sm/SnO_(2)多通道复合物和不同Sm含量制备的传感器对异丙醇传感特性也进行了测试。测试结果表明:基于多孔2 mol%Sm/SnO_(2)多通道材料制备的传感器在200℃下对50 ppm异丙醇的最佳灵敏度为71,与纯SnO_(2)相比具有更好的气敏性能。本文对传感机理也进行了详细的分析,结果表明利用生物模板和稀土Sm掺杂协同效应制备气敏材料是一种提升异丙醇气敏性能的可行方案。In this study,porous Sm-doped SnO_(2)multi-channel materials were synthesized by solvothermal method through the limiting effect of absorbent cotton biological template.The composition and morphology of the materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The sensing characteristics of isopropanol were also tested by porous Sm-doped SnO_(2)multi-channel composite and sensors prepared with different Sm contents.The test results show that the sensor based on porous 2 mol%Sm/SnO_(2)multi-channel material has an optimal sensitivity of 71 to 50 ppm isopropanol at 200℃and has better gas sensing performance compared with pure SnO_(2).In this paper,the sensing mechanism is also analyzed in detail.The results show that it is a feasible scheme to improve the gas sensing performance of isopropanol by using the synergistic effect of biological template and rare earth Sm doping.
