摘 要:一些飞机在飞行过程中前起落架舱内会出现剧烈的振动,造成舱内零部件的结构疲劳以及舱门的结构破坏。采用分离涡模拟方法对某典型前起落架舱半开口空腔(前舱门打开,后舱门关闭)进行数值模拟,通过与试验数据的对比,验证了计算方法的可靠性。基于此,在前起落架舱内不同位置加装不同角度、不同面积的导流板,以此来改变空腔流动形态,对比分析其对压力脉动频谱以及后舱门所受载荷的影响。结果表明:在合理位置安装导流板可有效抑制前起落架舱中的气动噪声以及削弱后舱门所受的载荷,具备一定的工程应用价值;在导流板的安装参数中,仅安装角度对噪声抑制效果的影响较小;相比安装参数,导流板的面积影响相对较大,增加面积,可大幅提升降噪效果。Some aircraft may experience severe vibrations in front landing gear cabin during flight to cause structural fatigue of cabin components and structural failure of cabin door.Here,the detached eddy simulation method was used to numerically simulate a semi-open cavity of a typical front landing gear cabin with front door open and rear door closed.The reliability of detached eddy simulation method was verified by comparing the calculation results with test data.Then,deflectors with different angles and areas were installed at different positions inside front landing gear cabin to change cavity flow pattern,and their effects on pressure pulsation spectrum and load exerted on rear door were analyzed contrastively.The results showed that installing deflectors in reasonable positions can effectively suppress aerodynamic noise in front landing gear cabin and weaken load exerted on rear door,this has certain engineering application value;in installation parameters of deflectors,only installation angle has a smaller impact on the noise suppression effect;compared to installation parameters,deflector area has a larger impact,increasing deflector area can significantly improve the denoising effect.
