摘 要:基于完成的带水平连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙(precast concrete shear walls with horizontal connection,PCSW-HC)试验研究,提出了一种带混合连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙(precast concrete shear walls with hybrid connection,PCSW-HVC),其中,水平连接采用高强螺栓的“强”连接方式,竖向连接采用钢剪切键(steel shear key,SSK)的“弱”连接方式。首先,结合已完成的试验,建立带水平连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙的数值模型,通过对比试验与数值分析结果,验证了材料本构关系的选取、各部件相互作用关系设置的正确性。进一步,采用同样的建模方法,建立带混合连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙的数值模型。分析了不同竖缝型式和增设钢剪切键对带混合连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙抗震性能的影响,揭示了其损伤失效模式。结果表明:单片剪力墙模块分割成较小尺寸模块拼装后,抗侧刚度有一定程度的减小,但刚度退化更缓慢,剪力墙墙板损伤更小,具有更好的变形能力;在剪力墙模块之间的竖缝中增设钢剪切键后,提高抗侧刚度的同时还可以改善其刚度退化行为,与不带钢剪切键模型相比,单片剪力墙(Single模型)和竖向滑动双片剪力墙(Sliding模型)峰值割线刚度分别提高了14.9%和11.4%;带混合连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙的损伤失效模式为“钢剪切键塑性屈服-墙板模块底部损伤-墙板模块破坏”,实现了钢剪切键塑性屈服耗能与墙板塑性损伤转移的“双功能”控制。Here,based on completed test study on prefabricated concrete shear walls with horizontal connections,a prefabricated concrete shear wall with hybrid connections was proposed.In this method,horizontal connection could adopt the“strong”connection method with high-strength bolts,and vertical connection could adopt the“weak”connection method with steel shear keys.Firstly,based on completed tests,a numerical model of prefabricated concrete shear wall with horizontal connections was established.By comparing results of test and numerical analysis,the correctness of choosing material constitutive relations and setting interaction relations among various components were verified.Furthermore,using the same modeling method,a numerical model of prefabricated concrete shear wall with hybrid connections was established to analyze effects of different types of vertical joints and adding steel shear keys on aseismic performance of prefabricated concrete shear walls with hybrid connections,and reveal their damage failure modes.The results showed that after a single shear wall module is divided into smaller size modules and assembled,the lateral stiffness is reduced to a certain extent,but the stiffness degradation is slower,the damage to shear wall panel is smaller,and it has better deformation ability;by adding steel shear keys in vertical joints between shear wall modules,the lateral stiffness can increase and its stiffness degradation behavior can also be improved;compared with the model without steel shear keys,peak secant stiffnesses of single shear wall model and vertical sliding double-shear wall model increase by 14.9%and 11.4%,respectively;the damage failure mode of prefabricated concrete shear wall with hybrid connections is“plastic yield of steel shear keys-bottom damage of wall panel modules-failure of wall panel modules”to realize a“dual-function”control of plastic yield energy dissipation of steel shear keys and plastic damage transfer of wall panels.
