摘 要:为明确波纹钢加固盖板涵的受力机理以及不同设计参数对结构承载力和刚度的影响,本文依托波纹钢加固的跨径4m的盖板涵的实体工程,在考虑原涵洞的二次受力状态以及界面接触属性的基础上,利用两步法建模的方法分析了原涵洞退化程度、界面处理方式、波形参数、填充层强度和厚度等参数对加固后的承载能力、刚度、破坏状态的影响,并分析了波纹钢加固盖板涵的受力体系。结果表明:波纹钢在设计值状态下的应力主要由湿重状态下的混凝土的侧压力产生;利用波纹钢对盖板涵加固后承载能力提高25~85倍,刚度提高26~136倍。结合面的处理方式和混凝土填充层的厚度对承载力和刚度的影响显著,波形参数、混凝土强度对承载力和刚度的影响较小;波纹钢不是承受荷载的主要部件,给结构提供足够的支撑作用,使得结构从单一的盖板破坏转变为多位置的共同破坏,结构的承载力和延性得到明显的提升。In order to clarify the strengthening mechanism of the slab culvert strengthened by corrugated steel plate and the influence of different design parameters on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the culvert,finite element models(FEMs)were established using a two-step method based on the physical project of slab culvert with a span of 4m strengthened by corrugated steel plate.These FEMs takes into account the secondary force of the culvert and the interface contact of different components.These FEMs were used to analyze the influence of original culvert damage degree,interface treatment method,waveform,filling layer strength and thickness on the bearing capacity,stiffness and failure state.The stress system of corrugated steel reinforced slab culvert was also analyzed.The results show that the stress of the corrugated steel plate in the design state is mainly produced by the lateral pressure of the unhardened concrete.After the corrugated steel plate is used to strengthen the slab culvert,the bearing capacity is increased by 25-85 times,and the stiffness is increased by 26-136 times.The processing method of the joint surface and the thickness of the concrete filling layer have a greater influence on the bearing capacity and stiffness,while the corrugation and concrete strength have less influence on the bearing capacity and stiffness.The corrugated steel plate is not the main part to bear the load,but it provides enough support for the structure.This makes the structure change from slab failure to multi-position failure,and the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure are further improved.
