摘 要:为了探索甜樱桃幼苗叶片叶绿素合成对红蓝组合光的响应机制,采用LEDs为光源,以鲁樱3号甜樱桃幼苗为试验材料,设红光(0%B)、红蓝组合光(15%B、20%B、30%B、50%B)、蓝光(100%B)6个处理,以白光为对照,研究不同红蓝光配比对甜樱桃幼苗叶片叶绿素、不同叶绿素合成前体含量和叶片解剖结构的影响。结果表明,红光不利于甜樱桃幼苗叶片叶绿素的合成和积累,而蓝光、红蓝组合光处理甜樱桃幼苗叶片叶绿素、叶绿素合成前体含量均相对较高,蓝光、红蓝组合光可促进叶绿素的生物合成过程,并可促进叶绿素a向叶绿素b的转化过程,从而引起叶绿素含量、叶绿素a含量与叶绿素b含量的比值的升高。与红光相比,蓝光、红蓝组合光处理可促进甜樱桃叶片厚度和栅栏组织厚度增加,有利于栅栏组织发育。In order to explore the mechanism of response of growth and development of sweet cherry seedlings to the combination of red and blue light,the LEDs as light sources were used in this study with 6 treatments including red light(0%B),combinations of red and blue light(15%B,20%B,30%B,50%B)and blue light(100%B),white light as control,and the effects of different proportions of red and blue light on the contents of chlorophyll and chlorophyll biosynthesis precursors of sweet cherry seedlings,and leaf anatomical structure of sweet cherry seedling leaves were studied to provide reference for practical application of red and blue LEDs.The results showed that red light was not conducive to the biosynthesis and accumulation of chlorophyll in leaves of sweet cherry seedlings,and contents of chlorophyll and chlorophyll biosynthesis precursors under blue light and the combination of red and blue light were relatively higher,blue light and the combination of red and blue light promoted the process of chlorophyll biosynthesis,and might affect transformation process of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b,resulting in the increase of chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b ratio.Compared with red light treatment,treatments of blue light and the combination of red and blue light enhanced leaf thickness and palisade tissue.
