摘 要:低盐度(LS)注水可提高石油采收率,在注入水中加入表面活性剂可以通过增加毛细管数量来提高采收率。用醇丙氧基硫酸盐与丙烯烃磺酸盐混合比较中低界面张力下的低盐度表面活性剂(LSS)驱油工艺与超低界面张力下的最佳盐度表面活性剂(OSS)注入工艺的采收率。以辽河油田砂岩岩心为研究对象,研究了不同注入方案对原油采收率的影响。结果表明:LSS驱的采收率比超低界面张力下表面活性剂驱的采收率低2个数量级。此外,LSS驱的采收率比LS高出约60%。在此基础上,在超低IFT下,LSS工艺比OSS注入工艺更经济有效。Low salinity(LS)water injection can enhance oil recovery,and the addition of surfactant to the injected water can improve recovery by increasing the number of capillary tubes.In this paper,alcohol propoxyl sulfate mixed with endolefin sulfonate was used to compare the recovery rate of low-salinity surfactant(LSS)oil drive process under medium-low interfacial tension with that of optimal salinity surfactant(OSS)injection process under ultra-low interfacial tension.The effect of different injection schemes on crude oil recovery was studied using sandstone cores from the Liaohe oilfield.The results showed that the recovery of LSS drive was two orders of magnitude lower than that of surfactant drive at ultra-low interfacial tension.In addition,the recovery rate of LSS drive was about 60%higher than that of LS.On this basis,the LSS process was more cost-effective than the OSS injection process under ultra-low IFT.
