摘 要:H1块为普通稠油区块,开展多轮次调驱后,取得较好的增油效果。但随着大段塞调驱剂注入,后期压力维持在较高水平,含水率持续上升,同时注入井吸水能力下降,油井产液能力下降,产量递减加大,亟需有效开发接替技术。为进一步改善开发现状,室内设计了在大段塞调驱段塞后,注入降黏剂进一步提高采收率。室内通过大量实验,筛选出了具有良好降黏性以及界面活性降黏剂JN-1,当质量分数达到0.2%时,降黏率可达82.0%,降低油水界面张力至4.72×10^(-3)mN·m^(-1)。室内物模实验表明,在注入0.3PV调驱段塞后,继续注入0.2%降黏剂段塞0.3PV,可充分启动残余油,进一步提高采收率16.8%。现场开展降黏驱4井组先导实验,设计注入质量分数0.2%、0.14 PV降黏剂,注入后平均单井日增油0.8 t,综合含水率下降6%。Block H1 is a general heavy oil block,and after carrying out several rounds of profile control and oil placement,it has obvious effect on enhancing oil recovery.With the injection of large dosage of oil placement profile control agent,the pressure is maintained at a high level in the late stage,the water content continues to rise,while the water absorption capacity of the injected wells decreases,the liquid production capacity of the wells decreases,the production decreases,and there is an urgent need for the effective development of the replacement technology.In order to further improve the development status quo,the indoor experiments were designed to inject viscosity reducer to further improve the recovery rate after the deep profile control and oil displacement.Through a large number of indoor experiments,the viscosity reduction agent JN-1 with good viscosity reduction and interfacial activity was screened-1 out,the viscosity reduction rate was up to 82.0%,the oil-water interfacial tension decreased to 4.72×10^(-3) mN·m when the mass fraction reached 0.2%.Indoor physical modeling experiments showed that,after injecting 0.3 PV oil placement profile control agent,continuing to inject 0.2%viscosity reducing agent of 0.3 PV,the residual oil could be fully activated,and the recovery rate could be further increased by 16.8%.Pilot test was carried out in 4 well groups on site,designed inject viscosity reducer mass fraction was 0.2%and the inject slug was 0.14 PV,the average daily oil increase of a single well was 0.8 t after injection,and the comprehensive water content decreased by 6%.
