摘 要:部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)具有良好的溶解性和增稠性,是压裂液中常用的增稠剂。然而,油气生产中的高温和高矿化度等情况限制了其使用。为解决这一问题,采用络合引发聚合的方法合成了具有良好耐温耐盐性能的疏水缔合聚合物CIT。合成的聚合物CIT的分子结构经红外光谱确证。研究了CIT聚合物的水溶性、增稠性和耐盐性。结果表明:CIT聚合物溶液的表观黏度最初随氯化钠的加入而降低。随着盐质量浓度的进一步增加,CIT聚合物溶液的极性也增加,分子间的疏水缔合作用也增强,导致疏水缔合网络结构更加致密,聚合物溶液的表观黏度增加。黏弹性测试表明,随着盐质量浓度的增加,聚合物溶液的黏弹性先减小后增大。此外,与传统的HPAM相比,它具有更好的耐温性、抗剪切性和剪切恢复能力。同时,CIT聚合物可以在行业标准时间内完全破胶,没有残留物。CIT聚合物的优点包括增盐、耐高温和彻底破胶。因此,它具有作为耐温耐盐压裂液增稠剂的巨大潜力。Polyacrylamide(HPAM)has good solubility and thickening properties,and is a commonly used thickener in fracturing fluids.However,conditions such as high temperature and high mineralization in oil and gas production limit its use.In order to solve this problem,hydrophobic associative polymer CIT with good temperature and salt resistance was synthesized by complexation-initiated polymerization,and the molecular structure of the synthesized polymer CIT was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy.The molecular structure of the synthesized polymer CIT was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy,and the water solubility,thickening and salt resistance of the CIT polymer were investigated.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of the CIT polymer solution initially decreased with the addition of sodium chloride.With further increase in salt concentration,the polarity of the CIT polymer solution also increased,and the intermolecular hydrophobic association was enhanced,leading to a denser structure of the hydrophobic association network and an increase in the apparent viscosity of the polymer solution.The viscoelasticity test showed that the viscoelasticity of the polymer solution first decreased and then increased with the increase of salt mass concentration.In addition,it had better temperature resistance,shear resistance and shear recovery compared to conventional HPAM.At the same time,CIT polymers can completely break the glue in industry standard time without residue.The advantages of CIT polymers include salt resistance,high temperature resistance and complete glue breakage.Therefore,it has great potential as a temperature--resistant and salt-resistant fracturing fluid thickener.
